  1. Hey I just came across your blog. I am starting my weight loss journey at 232 lbs, which is right around where you started. What has your experience been with loose skin, etc? Oh, and amazing stats by the way!!

    1. Hi Nour A -- I've actually be pretty fortunate to not have many issues with loose skin. Definitely my biggest trouble area is my lower stomach, but I also have done very little to tone that area (...yet). I've read that loose skin is typically out of your control, but I think losing weight at a healthy pace, drinking lots of water, and making working out a priority have all played a role in how my body looks now!
