Goals


  • Weight goals:
    • Get out of the 200's
    • 189 - My lowest weight senior year of college (2011) and halfway point
    • 178 - 50 lbs lost
    • 168 - Lowest college weight (2008)
    • 163 - 2nd lowest high school weight
    • 150 - Lowest high school weight (2004)
  • Health Goals
    • Get my BMI below obesity range (< 30) <-- 182 lbs
    • Get my BMI into normal weight range (18.5 - 24.9) <-- 152 lbs
  • Fitness Goals
    • Run a 5K without walking ("unofficially" but hoping to do it in a race soon!)
    • Run a 10K 
    • Run a half marathon

    I found your blog through a link from Babble and Bloom. Just wanted to say how impressed I am at your willingness to share your experiences so honestly. (I've been blogging a difficult move abroad and haven't found the courage to share with anyone beyond a few close friends, so I really admire your openness!) Congratulations on achieving so many of your fitness goals, and I look forward to reading more.

    1. Thanks so much Regina! It's definitely a scary and strange thing to be vulnerable online, but I've made so many good friends through blogging that it's a plunge worth taking :)
