One girl's journey to getting her booty in shape.
Hi, I just read your post on OSJ. I'm actually in a similar position of complacency! I lost about 35 pounds a year and a half ago. Got down to 160, really wanted to hit 150. And haven't done much since. Gained about 10 pounds over the summer too. Gotta get back on the bandwagon.
Oh, and I live in Chicago too! Glad to of found your blog! Also, I don't think your GFC link i working. It won't let me "join your site."
Found your blog from your guest post over at Jess' blog. I love your story and I can completely relate with the "good enough" I have been there...heck...I'm kind of there right now. I run...A LOT...but my nutrition is not the best. I always justify the pizza and ice cream with the "I ran x amount of miles...I deserve it. I am hoping to turn things around food wise this year and lose a little bit of weight in order to hit some PRs in my races next year :)I am now following you on Bloglovin' and I am looking forward to following your journey!
Loved your post on OSJ! So happy to have found your blog! In that same complacency boat--working hard to get off the 10 pounds I've put back on since the summer and get back on track now!!!
